1. ORDER & PROCESSING
How long will it take to process my order? All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via Shopify Inbox or email us at fengsuidsx@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped (usually after 24 hours), we may not be able to make changes.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $50 or more. For orders under $50, a flat standard shipping fee of $10 applies.
How long does shipping take? Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time) are as follows:
Malaysia: 5-7 business days (Standard) / 3-4 business days (Express)
Singapore: 4-5 business days (Standard) / 2-4 business days (Express)
United States: 4-5 business days (Standard) / 3-4 business days (Express)
Rest of the World: 7-9 business days (Standard)
How do I track my package? Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We accept returns if the item is in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging). Please contact us first to initiate a return.
Who pays for the return shipping?
We pay: If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product/color was sent.
You pay: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color. For exchanges, you pay the return shipping, and we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.
When will I receive my refund? After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. It usually takes 2-3 business days to return to your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing speed.

How long does it take for a response?
Business Days: We respond within 24 hours.
Weekends/Holidays: We respond within 24-48 hours.
Will I have to pay import duties/taxes? Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
